Q. How will you deliver my order?
Answer: Your order will be delivered to you through a Registered Courier Service at the address you have mentioned as ship to address in your order. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Answer: Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 1 to 3 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy holiday season or our mega sales events.

Q. How do I use a Gift card or voucher code that was issued to me?
Answer: You will see a field named "Gift Card or Credit Voucher" during your checkout. Enter the code in this field and you will get the promised discount or credit.

Q. Can I open Cash on Delivery Package without making the payment to the Courier first?
Answer: No. You cant open the package without making the payment to the courier. We sell everything with a 30 Days No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee. If you do not like anything, please return it and we will give you a refund (less the shipping charges) or an exchange voucher.

Q. I have bought an item on promotion or with a Discount Code. What amount will you refund me?
Answer: For items purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid for the item, and not its original value.
For example: If you purchased an item on sale for Rs. 500 and its original value was Rs. 1000, we will refund you Rs. 500 only.

Q. Do you offer international deliveries?
Answer: No, we do not offer international deliveries and shipments as of now.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Q. What is your return and exchange policy?
Answer: You can apply for a Return or Exchange within 7 days of your purchase
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange maximum within a week of receiving the returned goods.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for a return to be acceptable.
NOTE: Buyer pays the return courier charges.

The exchange depends on the availability of stock at that moment.

Return & Exchange Procedure
To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below:

Once we have received your return package and you have provided us with either your bank account or any other means to receive your money back, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. In the case of bank transfer, please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.

Q. How do I send goods back for return refund or exchange?
